By verifying your email, creating an account, accessing the Portal, or visiting any part of the Dominion & Co. website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to Cash Flow Portal’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Dominion & Co. website or the Portal.

Purpose of the Portal and Website
The Dominion & Co. website and investor portal are provided solely to support investor communications, document access, electronic signatures, distributions tracking, tax document delivery, and administrative functions related to your investments. Dominion & Co. does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice through the website or Portal.

Your Responsibility for Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you enter into the Portal or provide through the Dominion & Co. website. This includes bank account numbers, routing numbers, tax identification numbers, mailing addresses, contact information, entity information, and distribution preferences. Dominion & Co. does not enter, edit, verify, or update this information on your behalf.

No Liability for User-Entered Errors
Dominion & Co. is not liable for any losses, delays, misdirected payments, failed ACH transfers, delayed tax documents, or other issues that result from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information you provide. This also applies to information entered by anyone you authorize to use your account. Dominion & Co. relies fully on the information you enter exactly as submitted.

Use of Cash Flow Portal
The Portal used to access your investment documents and information is powered by Cash Flow Portal. Cash Flow Portal is responsible for the technology, data storage, and security of your information. By using the Portal, you agree to comply with Cash Flow Portal’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Dominion & Co. is not responsible for any system errors, outages, delays, or data handling performed by Cash Flow Portal.

Communications
By using the website or Portal, you consent to receive electronic communications from Dominion & Co. related to your investments, documents, distributions, tax forms, updates, and Portal activity. You are responsible for maintaining an active email address and reviewing communications sent to you.

Security
Do not send sensitive information such as full bank account numbers, Social Security Numbers, or tax identification numbers by email. All such updates must be submitted directly through the secure Portal. Dominion & Co. will never request sensitive information via email. If you choose to send sensitive information by email or outside the Portal, you do so at your own risk.

Nothing on the Dominion & Co. website or in the Portal should be considered investment, tax, financial, accounting, or legal advice. You should consult your own professional advisors for those matters.

Website and Portal Changes

Termination of Access

By verifying your email, creating an account, logging into the Portal, or using any part of the Dominion & Co. website or Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, and agree to comply with Cash Flow Portal’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

SMS Communications
By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from Dominion & Co. related to account updates, document availability, distribution notices, and other administrative communications. Your mobile number will be used only for delivering the messages you have consented to receive and will not be shared or sold for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies.
